hilippians 1:6 For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus.
All of us are a work in progress. The good news is that we are in the hands of the Master Craftsman. It is His responsibility to finish the work that He started in us. Like Paul, we can be confident that He will be faithful to complete it. We serve a very patient God who will never force us into a mold. He allows for our uniqueness while He conforms us all into one image – the image of Christ. When we try to help Him with His work, we will create a mess, but He lovingly and graciously orchestrates His plan in spite of us. Our part in all of this is simply to rest in His love and take up our cross and follow Him each day. We are His masterpiece, and we can be confident that He will never give up on us, and He will never stop working on us until we enter His presence. Persevere beloved! He is faithful to make you like Jesus!
