Ministry Update

RHM– Greetings in our precious Lord and Savior Jesus our Christ. Praise God we finally have our first initiative and event to start working towards in 2024. We will be reaching out to several prisons and halfway houses to establish a relationship and provide care packages to women re-entering society. Care packages will include things such as hygiene products, blankets, an outfit for daily use, an outfit for job interviews and bus passes. In each care package we will include a Bible. Lord willing this will open a pathway for building the relationships needed to start implementing the mentorship program. We will also be holding a vision casting luncheon where donors and volunteers will have an opportunity to see the vision for 2024. This is an opportunity to get a first look at the mentorship program and the plans for future programs, initiatives and events. We have just received word that we may be able to team up with a local ministry to provide coats for individuals re-entering society directly from incarceration. This will be one of the catalyst needed to gain momentum and “street cred” which in turn will bring much needed awareness for the ministry. Blessings from Crystal Hippo, President.

Robyn Henning– Greetings from warmish Greenwood SC! God is doing amazing things through my partnership with Cross Care Ministries. The Journey Tools Program has launched into Africa! We are getting ready to do an in depth training with pastors in Zambia, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana and Togo. All are gearing up for their initial training. Wow! Please pray for Donny and I as well as the rest of the team down here. The spiritual warfare is relentless, but the victory is ours in Christ Jesus. We need human and financial resources to provide this training to these African pastors free of charge. Please ask Him to send us teachable counselors for our 1 to 1 network, group facilitators, people for our financial program and solid overseers so that Donny and I can focus on developing new content. Your year-end giving is critical and so needed for Redeeming Hearts’ work in PA and my work in SC. Please ask God if He wants you to give and how much. May He multiply it back to you by the hundredfold! Blessings from Robyn Henning, Vice President

RHM/ELM Financial Update

Thank you so much to all of you who made donations this quarter. Your generosity has been an encouragement to us. We are at a critical financial point. I need new client income and Crystal needs a substantial increase in monthly donations to maintain the Perkasie office, to start some initiatives (be able to help people), and to start taking a small salary from RHM. Please prayerfully consider becoming a monthly supporter of RHM.

While my counseling services generate some revenue for ELM/RHM, what Crystal is doing is completely dependent on donations. Her connection to an established, respected prison ministry gives us an opportunity to be in a space that many organizations do not have access to either in the secular or faith-based realm.

We simply ask you to ask God if He wants you to partner with us in this endeavor. If He says, “Yes,” then ask Him how much and trust Him to lead you. Thank you!

For donations by check for Robyn: make the check payable to ELM and write Robyn in
the memo line.

For donation by check for Crystal: make the check payable to RHM and write Crystal in the memo line.

Your tax deductible donation can be made to ELM or RHM and you can do so by check or by going to the Donation page of our website at www.elmphilly.com/donate.
