Have you ever been tempted to just chuck it all and give up?
Who hasn’t?
When Jesus lays out the end times for his disciples, He challenges them to be ready at any moment for His return.
He calls them to be good stewards of all that He gives them.
He calls them to ready to give an account at His return.
This is even more true for those of us who are really living in the last moments of the last days.
Soon and very soon the Father is going to tell Jesus, go get Your bride.
He will snatch us suddenly into the heavenly realm and we will live out Revelation 19 and enjoy the wedding feast of the Lamb.
At the end of that event, we will return with Him and rule and reign with Him for 1,000 years as His government goes forth from Jerusalem.
That whole time Satan and all demons will be bound up and not able to influence the mind of man.
There will be peace and prosperity for a 1,000 years!
You would think that it would be so amazing that no one would complain.
But, at the end of that time, Satan will be loosed and he will organize a rebellion of nations.
It will not end well for them.
The final judgment of Satan and those who choose his side will be swift and hot.
At that point, the recreation of the heavens and the earth will take place.
All will be as God intended from the beginning.
I don’t know about you, but this motivates me not to give up.
We are so close to the Rapture!
I want to be faithful to the very end.
Beloved, purpose to finish well.
