RHM Update
Greetings in our precious Lord and Savior Jesus our Christ. Praise God that we now have our first three initiatives. We will be doing other things as well.. One of those things is a fee for service extension of the ministry that is in the beginning stages of it’s development. Another is actively perusing new relationships that can both financially and practically extend the ministry’s reach and impact both individually and corporately. Our first three initiatives are listed on the back of this letter. Please pray over them as there are many moving pieces.
We are so grateful for our current donors, we are able to continue on the path set before us be-cause of them. This is not an appeal newsletter, but the truth is we need more monthly and quarterly donations so we can launch each of the initiatives in a way that will have a substantial impact.
Some key doors have opened that have allowed us to realized the vision of the upcoming initiatives. We have also been invited to set up a table at this years Sweat Shirt of Hope event being held in September; this is a divine and major opportunity. We appreciate your prayers that everything comes together for the event and that we have divine and quality connections there. Finally, please be in prayer as we develop and implement our core mentorship program.. Thank you to all our donors. We are grateful for you!
Blessings from Crystal Hippo
Update from Robyn Henning
Greetings in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ! I thoroughly enjoyed my first winter in Greenwood, SC. God is doing some incredible things through Journey Tools. Our program is getting ready to start in Uganda as Dr. Cyndi Lilya will oversee Pastor Eugene Nsamba’s training along with his wife and key church leaders. From there is will spread throughout that country.
I just wrapped up another Journey Tools group which had two pastors in it. There are working with us on a strategy to get it to their congregation and then throughout their denomination. In addition, Donny is coordinating with another prominent denomination in SC to move it out into their churches as well.
I still see one on one clients online and in person. Please pray that I have a steady number of new one on one clients. The thing about using Journey Tools with the Exchanged Life teachings is that it brings people to healing quickly and then they don’t need me… which is great. But, that means I need word to spread so that I have a stream of new folks to help. Thank you so much to all who continue to support me in prayer and with your love offerings. I could not do this without you!
Blessings! Robyn Henning (reach me at [email protected] or 215-257 1755)
Did You Know?
Many of the people re-entering society from incarceration will re-offend (return to jail/prison) due to a lack of resources and/or a lack of connection to resources. Those resources include, but are not limited to: A local church, Biblical counseling and mentorship/discipleship, housing, mental health maintenance, addiction services, financial services and more. Redeeming Hearts Ministries is called to bridge the gap in many of these areas.
Most incarcerated women are repeat offenders and have deep wounds and traumas going back as far as child-hood. Many lack the fundamental skills that would enable them to live and thrive in their prospective communities. Since 2018 there has been a 200% increase in the incarceration of women causing a mass incarceration epidemic.
