We are at war!
We all live in a war zone; the battle rages within us every day.
Our flesh is at war with the Spirit.
The lusts of the flesh, the lusts of the eyes and the boastful pride of life are constantly assaulting our thinking.
The power of sin utilizes all three to lure us back into bondage.
Who will save us from these enemies?
Thanks be to God, our Lord Jesus Christ!
Because we were crucified in Christ, buried with Him and raised to newness of life in Him, we are seated with Jesus at the right hand of the Father in victory over the world, the flesh and the Devil.
